• Name	Type	Description
  AccountId	String	Unique identifier of an Account.
  AccountKey	String	Account key
  CINS	String	9-character CINS. Only provided if applicable to the security.
  CUSIP	String	9-character CUSIP. Only provided if applicable to the security.
  CutoffDate	Date	The last date by when an action on the event will be accepted.
  IsActionable	Boolean	Indicates if the event is actionable.
  IsinCode	String	12-character ISIN. Only provided if applicable to the security.
  IssuerName	String	Issuer/Security name up to 80 characters in length. For US securities, the name is on the 6-digit CUSIP level. When the CUSIP is a fund, the 9-character CUSIP description will be displayed.
  JobNumber	String	6-character identifier for proxy event. Not applicable to the Post Sale 'PS' and Class Action 'CA' 'DistributionType'.
  Materials	ProxyVotingMaterial []	Materials/documents for event.
  ReceivedOn	Date	Date when event was first made available.
  Status	DistributionStatus	Status of event
  StatusDescription	String	The description of the distribution status.
  StatusUpdatedOn	Date	Date of the last change to 'Status'. Only applicable to those with values 'VW', 'VT', or 'EL'.
  SubType	DistributionSubType	The subtype of the distribution.
  SubTypeDescription	String	The description of the distribution subtype.
  Symbol	String	Instrument symbol, typically a combination of the instrument ticker and exchange MIC for listed instruments (such as 'AAPL:xnas'), or an abbreviated description of the product for OTC instruments (such as 'EURUSD', 'GER40.I'). This field can be used for display purposes, usually as sub-header to the instrument description.
  Type	DistributionType	The type of distribution.
  TypeDescription	String	The description of the distribution.
